Plugin AceTree format

From Endrov

Description

Support for reading files produced by AceTree/StarryNite.

Files are expected to be in a directory structure like this:

XXXX.starrynite/
   parameters/
   tif/ (optional)
   nuclei/

The .starrynite file ending is there to simplify loading of files. When opening a file, select the top starrynite directory and then "open" (i.e. do not double-click it).

Technical

The format has a different schema to describe lineages than the native Lineage object; a coordinate for one frame has an ID. They are linked together into a lineage using indices into the frame before and after. A coordinate can have a name and there is no consistency reinforcement within the lineage. Native Endrov lineages have named cells with unnamed coordinates. Upon conversion, one representative name of a cell will be taken and the IDs discarded.
